fanfic Night and Day: the structure for a new Dawn.

Prologue

The leaves crumpled under her steps as she ran for her life carrying her sweet little eevee in her mouth. Her bright red coat flickered as I’m here sign in the darkness. She could feel the warmth slipping from her the fire in her was dying the Flareon queen of Merrilot would soon be dead. All on her mind was saving little Joy, her father was dead and her mother would be soon too. She needs to get joy to safety and quick.
She could hear the vicious Mightyena gaining on her waiting to kill her and her little eevee to gain her position in her beloved kingdom. I must survive to bring Joy to safety she’s the only heir. I must hide her and I must hide her now! She thought as a last minute attempt of strength she dove into an unknown forest. She spotted a nearby Leafeon and Jolteon couple she dove straight toward them.
“Help me! Take care of my little joy please save her.”
“You, you I know you.” The Jolteon got out.
“Please take joy I’m dying please!” The Queen said.
The Leafeon cut through before the Jolteon could say a word. “We will Queen Flare.”
“Thank you so much I must go now thank you.” Flare said then she looked at joy “mommy has to go now honey I love you so much remember that and remember your home. One day you shall return and rule I love you my sweetheart.” tears ran down from her eyes.
“Mew mew?” Little Joy said.
“Thank you so much” Flare said then ran out of the forest tears streaming down her face, and the memory of joy filled her heart.



The first chapter will be released in two days

Chapter One
An Espeon runs into the clearing and a Vaporeon follows her.
“Hey come on Hody, the Clan meeting it about to start! If mom doesn’t see us there she’s going to have a fit.” yells the Espeon.
“I know Joy, Just slow down I think if I go any faster I’m going to pass out!” Hody yelled.
“Just one more second and we will be there, and then you can pass out.” Joy says, without paying attention to what is in front of her, she tramples over a sleeping Pokémon.
“HEY! Watch where you’re going, I’m sleeping here!” The Pokémon yelled.
“Opps sorry didn’t see you sir! We got to go come on Hody.” Joy gets out. She turns around to see Hody wasn’t paying any attention to her, but is laughing up a storm. “Hody lets go now! Or ill use swift on you!” The two of them ran off, the meeting was just up ahead.
When they got there the meeting was just starting to begin. Joy and Hody sat right in the back, when a Jolteon trots over to them.
“Hey Jake how’s it going you know who your doing border patrol with?” Hody says to the Jolteon. Jake is the son of the clan leader, he knows all the information of the clan.
Jake’s father stood upon a set of boulder’s that are called the high rocks, he cleared his throat then began the meeting.”Welcome clan to the meeting I think we should start off with tonight’s border patrollers. We first have Jake and Joy patrolling the North forest. Then in the East forest we have Hody and Helen. The West forest shall be covered by Grace and Sean, The South forest shall be even more so protected I’m afraid the Umbreon tribe shall strike again within these days. I shall have a group of experienced fighters to go when this meeting is adjourned. We have one more issue we face we have some new Eevee kits that need mentors of which evolution they choose so please step forward Violet, Lily, Flo, and last but not least Eli.”
Four Eevees stepped upon the high rocks, the one named Violet had a golden coat and stood proudly looking out to greet all of us. The second Lily stood there looking rather nervous, her coat was a deep brown you could compare it to the bark of a tree. Flo the third had her head bent down low trying to not look at anyone her coat was a silky brown. The last kit Eli stood proudly waiting to be chosen a mentor and start his new life. His coat did not stand out like the others just a standard brown coat.
“First we have Violet step forward and announce which evolution you seek.”
“I have chosen, I want to evolve into an Espeon.” Violet said. That only meant one thing to Joy I’m the only Espeon young enough to mentor I have violet!
“As you wish Violet” the old Jolteon said. “ There is only one mentor that is young enough to teach you, Joy is your Mentor you shall accompany Joy and Jake on patrol later tonight now go greet your mentor.” Violet Jumped off the high rocks and trotted to Joy.
“Hello Violet it's nice to meet you I'm Joy.” Joy whispered to Violet. Violet looked up at Joy and smiled. Then they both turned back to watch the rest of the meeting.
“Lily, Step forward and announce what you have chosen.”
“I have chosen to become a Leafeon.” Lily announced.
“Then your mentor is Sean you shall accompany Sean and Grace on the patrol later tonight, now go greet your mentor.”
Lily bounced off the high rocks and stood by Sean. Joy leaned over to look at him and mouthed “congratulations”, he smiled and nodded and looked at Lily.
“Next we have is Flo step forward and announce what you would like to become.”
Flo finally looked up and said” I would like to become a Vaporeon.”
“Then your mentor shall be Hody, you shall accompany Hody and Helen on tonight’s Patrol as well. Now go on and greet your mentor.” Flo Ran off the high rock and seated next to Hody.
Violet looked over at her sister and said “congratulations!” Flo smiled and looked up at her mentor, Hody smiled and nuzzled Flo. Joy looked at Hody and they both smiled.
“Last but not least Eli step forward and announce what you would like to become.”
“I have chosen to become a Jolteon.”
“I see then your mentor shall be my son Jake you shall accompany Jake, Joy, and Violet on this evening on their patrol. Now go greet your mentor and this meeting is adjourned.” Eli Hopped off the High rocks and trotted over to Jake.
Joy looked at Jake “congratulations! We are mentors now this is wonderful!”
“Sure is, I can’t wait to start.” He looked down at Eli “I want you to go take a nap right now and ill awake you when its time you’ll need your strength for tonight.” Eli nodded and ran off.
Joy looked at Violet “I suggest you do the same we don’t know what is going to Happen out there.” Violet nodded and said “okay thank you Joy I can’t wait to become an Espeon!” Joy smiled at her and violet then trotted off.
A Glaceon named Grace, Sean, Helen a Flareon and Hody trotted over. Helen and Grace both had a disappointed look of their face probably because they weren’t a mentor.
“Congratulations.” Both Grace and Helen said at the exact same time, they looked at each other and smiled.
“Thanks I’m so excited, but we all should go back and take a nap right now before we go on our patrol.” They all nodded and went their separate ways, Joy went back into her den and drifted to sleep. Her dream brought her into a pitch black room she wasn’t there, but her presence was and someone else’s was too.
It whispered ever so gently one word over and over again Joy.

Chapter Two
“Joy… Joy” The voice whispered over and over never ending. The voice is familiar so familiar like I’ve known it my whole life. It’s a distant memory but a powerful one. Joy thought. Wait something is changing this room it’s morphing, it’s turning, changing.
Joy was then standing in a dark forest, something flickered pass her. It looks like fire, but fire isn’t that fast and it always leaves a trail. No it can’t be fire its alive and moving it’s a Pokémon. Joy followed the red glow she got u close and it was a Flareon holding a tiny Eevee in her mouth. What is she doing, where is she going? Joy thought. The ground started to shake, the Flareon began to blur then she faded away. That’s when the dream ended.




I was going to put the rest of Joys dream with my original chapter two but it seemed too big so heres chapter two. Chapter 3 will be released tomorrow hope you like it.
