Just two hunters left, we needed to take them out quickly and leave this area as soon as possible.

Lulu pulled theodore close to her side and started dancing and twirling, her moves captivating the remaining hunters, this alone was not enough to throw the hunters off, When a storm of petals began to envelope the two patrons, the hunters quickly braced themselves for anything that may come their way.


"Send out your bugs, NOW!" Lulu commanded Theodore, who in turn, released a swarm of bugs that latched onto the petals as they rose into the air. Unbeknownst to the hunters, the bugs started to divebomb them. Bug after bug smashed into the hunters with great force from the extra acceleration of the petals.


One of the hunters fell to ground, encased in an army of bugs. Only one left now. When the petals finally subsided Lulu rose both of her hands into the air as a small orb of light condensed into her palms.

"Cover me!" She shouted, and Theodore summoned yet another wall of bugs to sheild them. The insects did their job, and deflected several shots, but the barrier was quickly deteriorating. Lulu now had a fully charged Solar Beam and was getting ready to fire it off.



Ugh. A sharp pain peirced through Lulu's brain, and suddenly the whole environment became blurry, and almost seemed to shake.
The Petal Dance's side effect. Damn! Why now!

Lulu released the solar beam, and it shot in the hunters direction. It only clipped his shoulder though, a large tree took the brunt of the attack. Lulu fell to the floor, still not fully in her senses.


Theodore looked at Lulu, then quickly focused on the hunter who was grabbing his shoulder in pain. He sent out one last bug mob and took him down.

"Lulu are you alright? what hapened?" He asked concerned, extending a hand to help her up.

"Yes I'll be fine. Just a setback from the Petal Dance, I could have handled it myself though!" Lulu said stuck up as ever. When she rose to her feet, she noticed a saddened look on Theodores face.


".....Thank you in any case Theodore. you performed well." Theodore flashed a small smile. "But in any case we should move forward before anymore hunters show."

Wow, school has really been draining me. Let's see if we can get this back up and running!

As the relatively short journey to Solaceon Town ended, I finally started to relax. The entire trip, I'd been feeling... I guess paranoid that some of those Hunters were following me. Especially that girl from the ruins. I don't fear many people, but she'd have to be one of the few that I do.
"So, Altaria... Do you think we should spend the night here or keep going towards Hearthome?" I asked the Dragon who had landed beside me on the outskirts of the relatively small town.
"Alaaaaair!" I nodded like I understood and said,
"I think we should keep going. It would be a bad idea to stay in one place for too long."
So we blew off Solaceon and headed for the big city of Hearthome-- and Fantina's Gym where I would be getting my next badge.
