Initial Thoughts:

This is the first comic to be reviewed twice, so I'm expecting that it has improved since the last review. Back in November, this comic rounded up to get a total score of four stars out of five. Now, seven months later, DDD2 has asked for another review. I'm now going to take another detailed look at the comic and see if it is now worthy of a 4.5 or 5 star rating, or if I have to give out a worse rating than last time. This is an incredibly popular comic so let's see if it delivers.

Originality: 4.5/5

When this comic first began, it looked like just another journey comic, but you have made it quite original, with new concepts such as your Department Store games. The main thing which increased your rating since your first review is your battle format, which is different to anything else people are using for their battles on Pokéfiction. It's always nice to see someone trying something new and I think your battle system works well and makes your battles easier to keep track of. It still lacks the huge revolutionary idea which you would need to get five out of five for originality, but it's pretty close.

Plot: 5/5

In your last review, I criticized the plot of your comic because, despite the impressive amount of humour in the comic, the plot seemed to lack direction. It began with a lot of similarities to the Pokémon games. However, since then you have improved a lot and nobody can look at your more recent issues and say that your plot is flawed. There have been a lot of different storylines in your comic, all brilliant in their own way. From Oak being charged for bombing the department store, to multiple court cases to the shocking plot twist of DDD2, a character we've known for a long time, being revealed to not be DDD2 at all, there are a whole bunch of crazy storylines which we all love. Five out of five. Good work.

Grammar/spelling: 5/5

This comic has great spelling and grammar, right to the last comma and apostrophe. There really isn't much else for me to say here.

Appearance: 4.5/5

I spent a while trying to think what kind of score to give you for appearance. You've taken a step in the right direction by improving your battle effects. Sometimes, they look cartoon-y, but that isn't always a bad thing. It just seems so fitting for this comic, a light-hearted comic that's made to be funny, not to look like the most impressive thing in the world. It reminds me a lot of 'The Fugitive Trainer'. You can just look at an issue and enjoy it, without having to read over any of the issues that you missed. It's just so incredibly... Blarg. Yes, Blarg is now an adjective. For the reasons I just discussed, I decided to give you a 4.5 for a appearance, making this the second comic in history to be given a five star rating. You've earned it.
