I'd be glad to sign up for this, but i'm not sure if you'd actually want me. I'm sure there's someone better.

Is there a timeline as to when they're suppose to be due by?

I have a few questions, though. Popular and well-made roles plays, fanfics, and comics aren't that popular. I don't think there's enough for three good reviewers to write about. Hopefully that won't be the case, but it's how i see it, anyway.

Also, is there a certain date/time/etc. that we need to write reviews by, or is it more of a "Here, now go make a review and get back to me" type of thing? If it's either or, i think it should be placed somewhere in the application area. There's no requirements, really, so i'm not sure what's expected from the third reviewer.

A Role Play Review: Alpha/Omega (no pm) (T)

Plotline:
Plotline marks (3.5/5)

General
The plotline has a nice central theme and idea, but the premise is not fully explained in this section, and it doesn’t really grab your attention. There is no real “hook”, and I personally don’t feel much compulsion to join. 1

Spelling and Grammar
Microsoft Word went mental when I pasted this into it. After sifting through the words like “Heelaul”, “Arceus” and words related to things like Pokéballs, it still didn’t look too good. And a lot of them are easily rectified if you turn on the spellchecker that Neo so graciously provides. Things like “sttod” and “apperance”, and even things like “Sinjo”, which should really be Sinnoh, stand out a lot, and look awful. 0.5

Clarity
A bit of spacing would be nice, but other than that your first post is clear and easy to read. What I would like to see is a more organised approach to your sign up form though. 2

Creativity and Originality (3/5)

Well, I have to say; in all my time on Pokéfiction I have never seen a thread like this. It’s nice to see something a bit different to the usual threads, and originality goes far in this life. Well done. 3

Sadly, it appears as if people have grown bored of your Roleplay, and after posting increasingly short entries, and then got bored all together. Longer story progressions could have helped, and more often. If nothing happens, people won’t take it upon themselves top do it. There simply isn’t enough interaction going on. (2)

Quality Control (2/5)

Sadly lacking. You don’t post very often, and when you do, there is minimal interaction between yourself and other members, something that forms the backbone of all good roleplays. A word from the wise would be to look over some methods in the Role Play forum, were there is advice given on extending posts by writing in some descriptive text and adding words what build tension. The present participle is also a good way to progress something. (2)

Overall Marks Awarded: 10.5/20

10.5/4 = 2.625 Round down to 2.5, so this Roleplay is awarded Two and a Half Stars.

Not sure if comments on the reviews are allowed but one thing I wanted to mention is it'd be nice if you included just a little bit about what you're reviewing is about. If I'm sifted through a few reviews looking for a good rp to join I'd want to know what the rp is about without having to go click on the thread.

Edit: also it'd be nice to have a little comment under the Thread Quality section about user quality, it seemed you focused more on the topic creator when not just the topic creator makes an rp

We have discussed putting in the plot, but until the account has more posts we can't, due to New User restrictions.

And that's why there are things like "it looks as if people have grown bored with increasingly short posts that soon stop altogether".
