Prolouge:
Two boys, one of who is a FBI agent in his spare time named Josh, transported into the Pokemon world and forced to find Arceus in order to get home, and to stop Josh's brother from awakening Darkrai and using him to destroy all life as we know it. This is their story.

Waylan, a 19 year old boy who is in the Special Operations Forces, landed beside another boy. The two boys looked around then they noticed each other. "Who are you?" Waylan asked. "My name is Josh. I'm in the FBI. Who are you?" Josh asked. "I'm Waylan. I'm in the Special Ops. Where are we?" Waylan asked Josh looking around. "I don't know let's go survey the area." Josh said, and then the two walked off.

"Hmm... this area looks sort of familiar. Like I know it from a game" Josh said as the two walked.
"I know. It's creepy" Waylan replied.
As they walked, a small bird-like creature leapt in front of them and just stood there. "What is that thing?" Josh asked.
"I have no idea" Waylan answered.
The little creature jumped onto his head and pecked it a few times, all the while repeating one word. "Pidgey! Pidgey!".
"Hnag on, I believe I have something that can tell us what this creature is" Josh said and took a red machine from his pocket.
"What is that?" Waylan asked him curiously.
Josh shrugged his shoulders and replied "I don't know. I found it on the ground".

I found something like that, only mine looks different. The two compared the machines, Josh's was a rectangle, but Waylan's was a rectangle with a circle on it. They still had no idea what they were. "Well let's try them." Waylan said as he and Josh opened them. The two machines began to speak. "Pidgey-A common sight in forest and woods. It flaps its wings at ground level to kick up blinding sand." Josh's machine spoke, then Waylan's spoke. "Pidgey- It is docile and prefers to avoid conflict. If disturbed, however, it can ferociously strike back." "Well, these must be two different machines. They look different, and they both said different things." Waylan said. "Either way this "Pidgey" sounds dangerous. We better be careful." Lucas said. As he said that the Pidgey attacked them.

"Ouch! This Pidgey is quite dangerous!".
Suddenly, there was a flash, and the Pidgey was gone. The two boys looked up to see a younger boy with a baseball cap holding a red and white ball. "What the heck was that?" Josh demanded.
"That? A Pidgey. It's a fairly common species of flying pokemon" the boy replied, before walking off into the distance.
"Pokemon?" Josh questioned.
Waylan shrugged and said "I don't know".

The two continued to look around when they came to a building. The building was large with white walls and a red roof. "Let's go in." Josh said. Waylan agreed and they went in. There was a woman standing behind a counter. "Where are we and what are these things called "pokemon"?" Waylan asked the woman. "What do you mean!? How do you not know what pokemon are!" The woman said. "We don't know. We don't know where we are or how we got here." Lucas said. "Well let me explain some things to you." The woman said. The woman explained many things about pokemon, where they were, told them that her name was Nurse Joy a pokemon nurse, and many other things they may need to know. After the woman was done the two sat down at a table to discuss what they had learned.

"So, we just found ourselves in this world, inhabited by Pokemon and humans alike" Josh said.
Waylan nodded and replied "I guess that sums it up basically"
Suddenly, the doors flew open and Josh's brother, Ryan, walked in. The two saw that he had a horrific scar running right across one eye and was sporting a cut lip. He flung down a gold coin on the counter and said "I'd like a room for the night. One without these disgusting creatures everywhere, thanks".
He pulled out one of the red and white pokeballs and threw it, releasing what seemed to be a purple mouse. "This.. creature gave me this cut lip".
He then pulled out another one and released what seemed to be a dark-red lizard like creature. "And this creature gave me the scar".
Nurse Joy, now looking more than a little afraid of Ryan, handed him the keys to a room and Ryan walked upstairs, leaving the two boys and Nurse Joy alone below.

"So what should we do?" Waylan ask. "I'm going to go see my brother. You can come if you like." Lucas said. "I'll come. We need to try to figure this out." Waylan said. The two went u to Ryan's room and knocked on the door. "Who is it?" Ryan asked. "It's me Josh and my friend Waylan." Josh replied. Ryan came and opened the door, and the two walked in. "So where are those things that hurt you?" Josh asked. "They're in these things called "pokeballs". A kid that was nearby gave them to me. "Lets try these on them." Waylan said pulling out the red machine that Nurse Joy had called a "pokedex". Ryan let out the two creatures and Ryan and Waylan used the pokedexs on them. "So these things are called Rattata and Charmander." Waylan said. "This is all to confusing let's go to bed and talk about this more in the morning. The three went to sleep. There dreams were filled with these creatures and everything Nurse Joy had taught them about. They just wanted this nightmare to end.

Arghh!!!! Bump!!!

I just can't let this one die! Also, Waylan, the dark red pokemon is Charmeleon, not Charmander.
