I just today wrote up a quick prologue to a story I've been thinking about for a while. I'm going to post it, and hopefully get some feedback on it to see if I should really continue.

This is rated PG13 for some parts of which I thought up of, such as rape(NO real focus on it), violence between characters, and of course, romance. What kind of girl would I be without writing that in?

If you don't understand anything, I'll explain it to you once you ask ^^.

"Detention! But Ms. Roberts! I did not do anything wrong," Adam whined. The teacher just scoffed.

"Mr. Consworth, bad mouthing another student is intolerable! Esspecially at such a school such as this," she bellowed. Adam hung his head in shame. Of course, he went to the most prestigious school in all of Johto, but he did not think for one second that telling someone off was wrong.

To try and help his situation, Adam's best friend Jenna sat her hand on his shoulder. "Don't worry about it. After today, tomorrow is the last day of school. Then we can visit the famous professor we only dreamed about to get our first Pokemon!" She looked off, with stars in her eyes.

Adam grinned a little. That's right, she's right. One more day of this, and finally off to travel the vast lands of Japan, with his best friend. To get a starter was only his dream, now it can become a reality.

"Let's get this over with!"

"Well, that was 4 years ago. My life on the road started out great, but it turned around when Jenna and I met. Ugh, Roberto. I cringe at the sound of that name."

My only problem is Japan? How do they get there when there is no such thing as it in Pokemon world? Lol anyhoo, definate watching to see this is going.

Yes, this is my first fanfic.
And, for the Japan comment, I really wanted my characters to go through all of the land, possibly like Ash Ketchum, so I didn't want to limit them to just one region.

Thanks Boo123! Well, I wrote up a little of the first chapter, but I'm not completely done, so Heres the first part.

Outside Olivine City, was now 13 year olds Adam Consworth, and Jenna Munro. It was a delightful, Spring day with reasonable weather. "Wow! The last time we were here was almost a year ago. Remember when we helped the family with the sick Pokemon, Adam?" Jenna asked.

"Sure do, it was fun. While we are on the subject of memories, 'member when we went to Kanto for the League, and saw Miss Roberts there?" Jenna burst out laughing, "Oh my! Yes, I do." Quickly, the two young adults were interrupted by a some-what older fellow.

"Hello, my name is Roberto," he said, with a slight french accent. He had a cute, little Pichu on his shoulder. He seemed nice enough. "Can you direct me to the nearest Pokemon Center?"

"Oh Sure! Here, we'll walk with you, and get to know you better," Jenna Suggested, and Roberto nodded.

"Turns out, he was 16 years old. An aspiring trainer coming from Sinnoh. His parents come from France, explaining the accent."

"And, I came in 8th. If I say do myself, I think I did good," Roberto explained, with a hint of boast in his voice. They were now inside the Pokemon Center. Jenna and Roberto were chatting, with Adam left out on the sidelines.

'Ugh. What an ego-head. They seem to be hitting it off quite nicely,' Adam thought while looking over at Jenna. She was smiling and touching Roberto while talking. A ping of jealously hit Adam. Something about this guy seemed to disagree in his mind, and in his stomach.

"Aw, Roberto. Stop being so modest!" Jenna slapped him playfully in his arm. Adam face went disgusted. "Ah, Adam?" Roberto, said with his accent. Oh boy, Adam hated his accent. "Are you okay? Your face looks kind of distorted."

Adam snuffed, "What the hell, man!" He raised from his seat threatingly. Roberto put his hands up, motioning an 'I'm innocent, stop' look. "Adam, calm down. You face did look sort of scrunched up, he's just stating the obvious," Jenna said, trying to calm him down.

"Whatever," Adam kicked back his chair, and went back to the Joy who had called his name, signaling his Pokemon were fully healed. He went back over to the two. "Hey Roberto, I challenge you to a Pokemon battle."

"Okay, when and where?" he asked, and Jenna looked at Adam, confused. "Here and now," Adam replied. They looked into each other's eyes. It was almost as if they wee fighting for something. And they both knew what the prize was. Jenna.

I'm not quite done with the chapter. I really find it short. I'll probably add in the rest of the chapter some time today when I have more time to think.

Lol I love your writing style, it's a kinda "In your face, I will show their emotions no matter what" approach. In a good way of course.

I'm am dreadful at Grammer, but my one hate is for example:

Chapter 1 Continues;

Roberto eyed him carefully. He was not too sure if Adam was actually serious. He took out his bag, and clipped his minimized poke balls on his belt. "If a battle is what you want, a battle is what you'll get!"

Adam smirked; of course, he wanted a battle. He declared it, didn't he? "Outside, we don't want Joy mad at us, right?" He turned around without a look at neither Jenna nor Roberto, and exited the automatic door of the Centre.

"Adam, you don't have to do this! We were just joking a half hour ago, what's wrong with you?" she hit him verbally. 'What's wrong with you?' was what Adam wanted to say, but he just left silent, ready for battle.

"C'mon out, Croconaw. How about a 1 on 1?"
Roberto smiled, “You sure you want to send that thing out? Okay, battle stance, Meganium!”

Things kept rolling through Adam's head, mainly things like "Oh damn, type advantage" or "That thing looks powerful," but he just clasped his fists together. "Croconaw, use Slash!"

Roberto roared with a vengeance, “Quick, dodge and charge up that Solar beam!” With that, the grass Pokemon started to collect the sun to power up its most powerful move. Roberto was so sure that he was going to kick his ass.

“Crunch it, Croconaw. Before it hits you!” Adam shouted. The water type Pokemon went charging, mouth wide open, biting the bulb where the power was transferring. “Oh no, Meganium, hurry up and charge it prior to Croconaw eating it!

Too late. Croconaw’s large jaw caused Meganium to flinch, and shuddered in pain, losing all collected power. “Croconaw, Superpower now!”

“Meganium, one more try! Body Slam fast!” Roberto barked. Meganium moved back for more power, and ran after Croconaw, which was in the middle of also charging. It was quite the sight, almost going in slow motion. Soon, the battle area around Adam, Roberto, Meganium, and Croconaw was covered in thick, black smoke.

Adam and Roberto looked on in determination, waited for the smoulder to vanish. After about a minute of blackness and coughing, the smoke slowly started to disappear. Turns out both Pokemon were on the ground, now just a matter of time to wait for whom to get up first.

“Croconaw,” “Meganium,” Adam and Roberto shouted, simultaneously. “Get up now!” Soon, both started to fidget, and start to shift. Croconaw slowly got to its feet, and so did Meganium. “C’mon, c’mon.” Adam murmured. Croconaw went down.

“And the Winner is MOI! Robertooooo!”
