While I do not know what you mean with the small head, it could be that my well-built huge body makes my head look small in comparison.

Superbad was very mediocre.

So I followed a link on Facebook to a very interesting R* article in which R* answer questions about GTA3 and it's secrets. Very interesting little read. Kind of wish I got a chance to ask a question.
