	Log in to remove this advertisement So I'm at a friend's house last night, and he was wondering why while he played Halo 3 on Live his player was lagging when he would hit a button on the controller. It wasn't jumpy or frame rate, just a couple seconds between him tapping the button and the character doing it. I was saying it could be a bunch of different things, but another guy there said it probably was an issue with his HDMI cord. He said the cord might be operating at 60MHz and the TV at 120, and that caused the lag? Now from my research I can't find any HDMI cords that operate at that low of a range, and the only 60MHz HDMI cable was the original 1.0, which obviously is a few versions ago, and I can't imagine him using that one. Besides that cord was still rated for up to 1080p. Besides as far as I know a 60/120MHz connection would work just fine anyway? The guy's kind of an idiot anyway, I just want to confirm my beliefs. lol ------------------- I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it!!!

	he means 60/120 HZ. the xbox puts out a signal at 60hz, and the tv upframes it (for lack of a better word) to 120hz, which can cause some lag in videogames. he should probably turn the "game mode" or whatever the 120hz setting is to off, that should fix it.
