Expansions

As is MMO (and Guild Wars) tradition we can pretty much be certain there's going to be expansions a little bit later in the day. Do you think they're going to take the same route as GW1 and follow Tyria with Cantha and then move in Elona or go in a different direction entirely?

Never really cared for the African-based scenery in Elona but the Asian aesthetic in Cantha was probably one of my most memorable enjoyments of the original series. Literally could spend days traversing the entire map, from just shanti town-esque areas to the jade sea, everything was beautiful. I really hope if there's a expansion in mind it's Cantha, dealing with the story of this new dictator, bringing all those Asian aspects back and introducing the Tengu as a race, and maybe even Sin and Rit back as classes.

Do you think there's even Expansions in the pipeline? Early days but, any plot lines in the game giving hints to where the game could go next?

If you look at the covered map areas you can already start guessing where they might add zones or had zones planned (and canned?). Because some of the covered up areas have a bit more detail to the general landscape. I've never played GW1 much at all, I never owned the game either but I wouldn't mind having a new continent/region that becomes playable in an expansion.
