I would go to Rivet City, eventually I would persuade them to let me help run the place.

Would get the BOS to work with us, to help the lone wanderer fix up the water treatment. get that sorted. Then once that's ok I'd work on finding some space to set up farming, just basic stuff so rivet city has plenty of food. Once the food an water is sorted. Persuade BOS to aid Lone wanderer to eliminate the Super Mutant breeding ground Vault with the help of Fawkes.

Once the breeding of the supermutants is dealt with the BOS will gradually eliminate the remaining super mutants. After that the death claws.

Once that is done. Rivet city will be my capitol, I will recruit more people to help with the labor of building another city close by to Rivet city, using the otherside of aircraft carrier. attract more people over to it. Once that's established, more farms built. More people trained, I'll begin to get megaton upgraded, a few more security personnel and maybe expand it. Get the kids away from little lamplight. Then Take on the slavers and use the slave collars to keep prisoners and raiders in check.

Get people off the chems and into work.

A big ask, but the lone wonderer will do all the leg work i'll just be behind the scenes assisting him and directing him where I need him next.

After the Slavers and Mutants are dead it should be smooth sailing.

You know, I could go with the whole "I'm gonna settle down in rivet city and make the wasteland better for everyone" thing but where's the fun in that? I'd probably have to work with the slavers because if we're all honest, there's something fulfilling about capturing people using explosive collars and forcing them into working for the rest of their life......with no pay.......and with the possibility of torture.
