i need help with subject ^^

No don't go to Evermills at very hard mode, you'll most likely die many times at only level 1-2... here's what you do... Once you step outside of the vault for the first time you will gain enough experience to get to level 2, so once you're level 2 level up your explosives skill to 25, and what ever other skills you wish and choose your perk(s). Go to Megaton ( should be a marker leading you there ) and once you're inside you'll find a sheriff will approach you, don't be mean to him or he and the whole city will pown you. Offer to help him with the bomb. Now go to Craterside supply located inside Megaton and talk to Moira, tell her about life inside the vault and start her West Survival Guide quest. Now go to the saloon also located still inside megaton and talk to Mr burke on your right. He will tell you to set the charger on the bomb so it'll explode. Say you will and then talk to Moriarty, do his favor and then pay him 100 caps ( which you'll get from the lady during the favor ) and he'll tell you about your dad. Go to the bomb and activate it, decide if you wish to explode it or disarm it. If you explode it you've basically just blown up a town and became very evil... if you disarm it then you'll become more " good ". Doing either one of the options will give you a home, some caps, and some experience. I recommend on your first game to NOT explode it, just disarm it and become a good guy! Now if you wish go work on the Westside Survival Guide questline or do the Following in his foot steps quest and you'll start to make tons of caps/experience. Good luck!

I reccomend playing on normal mode your first try.

Edit: If you wish to be an evil guy, before exploding the city i recommend you go outside and kill the merhant and take his stuff and then activate the 2 headed cow and you'll earn tons of caps, ammo, armour, and weaponry. Then run away because a sniper, a guard, and maybe even teh sheriff may attack you and then once you're a good distance away and they're not attacking you anymore, hit the select button and wait for 1 day and then come back to Megaton and kill the merchant again, loot the cow etc etc and do this as many times as desired.

play the game and explore. don't grind exp or levels. you level quite fast even on very easy.

also, i'm pretty sure you should automatically level up to 2 upon exiting the vault.

Also, while you are in Megaton, find Walt in the Water Power Plant which is near Craterside Supply. He'll tell you about three pipes that are leaking. If your repair skill is 25 (if not pop some mentats) then you can find the three leaking pipes and fix them. This will net you over 100 EXP. points and then you'll have the option to sell him scrap metal. I would recommend working on the Wasteland Survival Guide and going to the super duper mart. The raiders aren't too difficult there and there are pretty decent supplies such as hunting rifles and assault rifles.

so you want to go from level 1 to level 15. ok here's what i would do..........................

play the game. there's no secret to leveling up in this game. just play it, do some quests, and kill some things. there you go.
