Since when did Sims get their own life?

Hi. This time I have a question of my own!
Okay, so is there any way to disable the Sims that are in your tribe that you aren't controlling from doing anything other than eating and sleeping? You see, I made my Sim go on a long hike to the Volcano Summit, and when I came back, there was all sorts of drama going on! My Sim's husband did the "TIckle" action on another Sim, and all of a sudden my Sim's relationship with that Sim went down to 0, and then my Sim's husband SERENADED that other Sim, and my Sim went over to him and started yelling at him of her own accord, and their relationship sunk to -100, and though they are married, they are enemies! It's terribly annoying when that happens, when your Sims just randomly cheat on each other without your permission, and there's nothing you can do about it! I mean, I worked so hard on that relationship and getting the Wedding Lei and the Marriage Beanie! It's also annoying how your Sims can't even give their best friends a friendly hug without their husband, wife, boyfriend, or girlfriend hating them because your Sim "cheated on them." It's totally over the top. But that's beside the point. What I want to know is this: can you make it so that the Sims you aren't controlling won't do any social interactions with each other except maybe chatting, and they won't do anything that really shows them as having a heart/life of their own? Sometimes those cheeky little Sims can have a mind of their own...

Lol so sims castaway is now a dictatorship? Are the other sims like slaves? Or robots? But thanks for the hint I had the same problem... Twice!

Just disable Sim Free Will Mode... but remember to feed them or else they'll die on you.

And we don't want that, do we?

They can't give their friend a hug without their husband/ wife hating them? WOW!!!
