	. . . . . . . . . . . . . S T O K E C I T Y A team of 4 members of the oatcake fanzine, and unofficial fans forum, today completed a deal with Peter Coates and have brought the club. The cub was reportedly brought for an estimated £15,000,000, this was enough to see Coaes depart with the club he loves. Already there has been a change there is a new kit manufacturer and sponsor. Nike have made the new kits, whilst Apple iPod have sponsored the kit. Home Kit:Away Kit:Third Kit: This is set to expand the finances available, the sponsorship deal is set to bring in approx. £5.5m and much of this is going to be made available to manager Tony Pulis. This brings us onto another point, will current manager Tony Pulis remain in charge, he has recently received bad press on the fans forum. Which could suggest they may be searching for a replacement. As we thought the new owners would be looking to replace manager Tony Pulis, today at a press conference a new manage was announced. It was Jake Mallino, one of the team of 4 who purchased the club. He has had no previous experience of 'real' football management. He frequently played Football Manager on the PC and on the PSP, but it will be his first job, and a tough one at that. Jake Mallino had this to say: quote Jake Mallino Well, when i heard that the takeover was complete, i contacted fellow businessman Tom Watson and he appointed me manager. They had no doubts in my appointment and want a long and successful era with me at the helm, they aren't expecting great things straight away, but want to get to the 'promised land' in 2-3 years. 	2 New Signings! Manager Mallino took his first delve into the transfer market today signing both Maickel Ferrier, a 31 year old experienced Right back, and Thiago a promising youngster. Mallino said quote Jake Mallino Both transfers will be involved in some way or another this season, Thiago is a decent player, and we will be expecting great things in the future, both myself an Thiago know he i a player for the future, and he has accepted that he may not feature much this season. Ferrier's experience, and creativity with the ball will be vital this season. He offers not only active play qualities, but at dead ball situations like Throw-In's, corners and free kicks. Mallino signs 2 more! Manager Mallino today signed a new left back, an a new striker. Young goal machine Ched Evans joined the club on a season long loan, with the view to a permanent move. Then several minutes later Ched Evans got a goal, and added to his tally in the 18th minute.I was in managerial dreamland! The second half the performance dropped a little but the game was won. Star Man: Ched Evans - 9 Vs Kilmarnock 2-0 Win Again we went 1-0 up early, this is very promising as with an early 1-0 lead we can control the game from the early stages. As the game went on their defence seemed to get mre nervous, several mistakes were made but not capitalised on. Finnally Whelan out away the chance when it came to him, thats 2 in 2 for the midfielder. Star Man: Glenn Whelan - 8 Vs Swindon 2-1 Loss We went 1-0 on in the first 10 minutes, this disappointed me, and when Billy Painter scored i was outraged, we were being outplayed. Half time saw 5 changes, and an angry team talk. It seemed to work as substitute Cresswell scored, but it wasnt enough for us to get back. Star Man: Richard Cresswell - 8 Vs Boston 3-1 Win Shittu put us 1 up with a power header into the top right corner, but Boston hit back with an identical goal. Fuller then calmly finsihed to retake the lead. We ominated most of the first half. The substittion of Cresswell inspired the team, he assisted a goal and had a perfectly good goal dissalowed for offside. Star Man: Ricardo Fuller - 9 Pre-season Transfers I decided to bring in 5 players, but would have liked 1or 2 more, im generally pleased with the signings i have made so far, im looking at 2 more players to sign before the window loses.
