If you do not post a behest, do warriors simply go out and get EXP? When you post a behest, and you go tot he frog board and select "get EXP" do the warriors just go out to a random dungeon and fight monsters?

Also, one time, I did not post a behest and 2 warriors went out and one stayed and stood near the crystal. Does this mean without a behest, they do whatever they like?

Also, how do you give them a day off?

Yes, the warriors will wait a while, but if a confirmation isn't given, they will go out and do their own quest and some take the mission on anyways.

I have a lvl 1 new recruit and all my others are in 8-13 (i just got the game yesterday.). I tell him to gain experience but he just goes to a lvl 8 dungeon and gets killed! How can I make him go to the lvl 1 place and still be able to post 2 behests (I only have two boards)?
