Say she does gets raped, and she does get pregnant, she should try to overcome the pregnancy because just because she was raped doesn't mean it was the babies fault, no one should blame babies. Theres many of families out there who can't have babies and would adopt her baby instantly, and hey who knows after she grows up she might even want to see her baby. Of course she might die from giving birth but.. it'd be the same situation from getting a abortion the baby dies instead.
