	Read the walkthrough. It tells you exactly how to get out of the ninth floor, u just cant do it all from the 9th floor, gotta go up and down stairs a couple times

	Just figure it out;it's not too hard,like tyrae stated,just take the stairs in seperate locations and you'll be there soon enough.
