Can anyone help me with the second floor. All of my guys are at least level 8, but I can't do anything the Furyhorns just wipe my whole party out

well i say level up and buy better armor/weapons mine are 9-10 and i cant make it to the very end of 3 so yeah just take missions and quests or keep going to the first floor killling the little monsters to get the force gauge up and kill a FoE its what i do you get some money from most the stuff they drop but ill admit i really suck at this game but itll get easyer later so keep at it and soon enough youll get past each floor in a

I suggest getting yourself a unit with one of the skills that stops FOEs for 3 or more turns, then sneaking around them. That's how I got past them. The classes and skills are below.

Gunner~Haltshot
Troubadour~Slumber
Beast~Growl (not available until 2nd floor)

Fastest training method is to have 2 or 3 ppl in the party only,because exp is divided according to how many people are in the party....

Protector,Ronin,Medic,Hexer,Troubador(or alchemist/war magus)
