	i vas robbing a car in a hill. it vas a two cars after him so i djust go robbing the next car and the first car i robbed dust drived away with no lights and no driver i vas on foot so if i would steel a car i would miss him.so i chased until i missed him i hink its a clitch

	yes actually this happens a LOT. if you kill the driver of a vehicle while he is driving, the car keeps going. if fun to jump on the car and shoot then they give you a free ride and you can shoot stuff. it works well with fugitive mode in nice. because of all the gunshots, the drivers freak out and drive everywhere. if you jump on thier car, the bullets sometimes hit the driver rather than tanner, so basically the car drives its self and gives you an awesome ride. one time i actually glitched on top of a but and got a ride on it
