About the Butcher of Banoi quest & Second play through...

So, I wanted to level up as much as I could before getting the Zed's Demise weapon however, it appears I've left it to late (the canteen's been overrun and I'm up to the bit where your meant to get to the roof before the voice guy) so whenever I try to 'track' the quest, my mini map continuously suggests I use my magic powers to phase through walls... So is there still a way I can complete this quest?

Which brings up a question about my second play through; what carries over level wise? Will I still be level 32 when I start my 2nd play through?

um... also do you think you could suggest a weapon and/or strategy to deal with the final boss... I was hoping to use the zed's demise on him...

I'm on PS3. I'll just mod the crap out of any weapons I have and hope for the best!

I just killed infected Ryder with my deathstalker zed's demise...waaaaaaaay to easy!

Second play through is basically the same you are what ever level you beat the game on and the zombies level with you, but as for Ryder I just ran away, dropped a deo bomb and waited for Ryder I died he got wounded. Do that 3 times and hell die
