The mysterious figure's identity? *possible spoilers*

I personally think he's the KH3 version of Xehanort.

Why would a KH3 Version of Xehanort appear in BBS which is set several years before the first KH began?
Not to mention that Xehanort was still amnesiac at the time.

First let's gather facts.

1: Nomura says that this person isn't encounterable within BBS's timeline.

2: Nomura says that MF's theme (Which is sped up normally) hints to his identity. (For some reason, people claim to hear parts of Vanitas' in it.)

3: MF has power over time however, this is not the same kind with Luxord's.

4: MF's Ethereal blades look like Xemnas' but that doesn't really mean much.

5: MF is connected to TVA.

And as of right now, the only theories I think are plausible are:
1: It's Xehanort's Something or other!
2: It's Xehanort!
3: It's a whole new character!
4: It's an older Ventus! (Though this is still fairly new and somewhat fragile with it's bases.)

There would be more chances of it being Sora then Ventus.

1- Sora has a reason to go back, Fix the past mistakes.

2- Why would Ventus fight his past self, for what reason would he do that. Furthermore he would have lost to his past self showing that he hasn't improved in combat skills since then.

I'm also going to add this, food for thought.
People in the KHverse age, This has already being shown.

If it were someone from the future it would have to be someone who hasn't age at normal speed and someone who has a very good idea about how time flows.
This leaves only 2 possibilities.

1- What happened to Sora's Keyblades?

2- To stop the X-blade from being forged, To stop Terra from merging with Xehanort etc etc.

3- Exploiting Thunder Surge invincibility frames =/= Combat skills (lol jk)

4- And those possibilities are?
