You have to chop down all of the black arms first, then the core holding the coffin will be stunned momentarily, allowing you to attack it. Otherwise, don't go anywhere near the core because it will be invincible.

Breaker13 is right. The Leechgrave, with its annoyingly vicious arms, can kick some serious... butt. I believe I found it helpful to bring some magic too, because the arms like to pick you up and drain your health so you want to stay away from them as much as possible.

Watch the motions that signal attacks too. It'll save you from getting murderered.

Block the tentacles when they try to strike you, i will make them dizzy and fall on the ground. They take more damage and sit still for a wile.
Sometimes the leechgrave shoots poison balls, block them, they will bounce back. They won't do any damage to the leechgrave, but else they will leave toxic fumes on the field that will drain your life.
Sometimes the leechgrave releases a lot of toxic fumes around himself that will drain your hp.
wait for it to clear away, before you strike the last tentaclaw.
Magic won't do anything, do bring cure and or cura + potions.

Basically what i did was to take just enough dammage to activate the limit just as you kill the last tentacle and when it falls to the floor just open up on it with the limit should take roughly half its health away
