The end of this game brought up an important question.... *spoilers*

Having not played any of the other KH games, I have no right to be here. But I do want something clarified (of course there's spoilers).

Is Riku seriously Ansem or did I just completely misinterpret that scene at the end?

Also, With the whole Riku thing....does anybody know what was up with that scene early on in the game where there are a couple nobodies standing by the ocean under the moonlight and one of them walks aways and pats the other on the shoulder after saying "I've seen him, he looks just like you? Or maybe its him?" Its something to that affect...who are these people and what are they talking about?
ALSO, Is it true that Xehonart(Ansem the Bad) [[for people who dont know who im talking about..dont worry hes not in this game...I think]] is Ansem the Wise's heartless and Xemnas is his nobody?

Have you played KH2? It shows they are Roxas (I think) and Xemnas. What Xemnas means i have no clue.

No, Xehanort was Ansem the wise's assistant who used Ansem's name. Darkness Ansem is Xehanorts heartless and Xemnas his nobody.

After beating Xion,when Roxas said "Who will I have ice cream with?" I lol'd and said "Way to ruin a perfectly dramatic moment!"

Oh yeah, I forgot about the ice cream part. That did ruin the moment quite a bit. xD

As for the beach scene, I thought he was referring to Sora and Roxas looking alike, as he says "Sora" as he walks by. But him talking about Ven does seem more likely...

I thought the ice cream was clever. It meant a lot to him, he was really starting to lose his mind, and resorted to simple things like ice cream. It was a symbol of greatness throughout the game and the second KH. I thought it was a great moment, not a humorous moment.

Let's all get something straight here. Just in case.

Xehanort is a human that was the assistant of Ansem the wise just like Braig and a few others. All humans. BTW, the real Ansem the wise has blonde hair. When Xehanort was taken by the heartless, he created a heartless and a nobody. He also took on Ansems name because he was very close to the guy, you see so in many cutscenes in the second KH. The heartless is Ansem with grey hair which is the final boss at the end of KH. Xemnas is the Nobody made by Xehanort, or AnsemX unraveled because he took Ansems name. Ansem is NOT dead, you see him in KH2 with blond hair. Xemnas is the #1 of Organization XIII and is the final boss of KH2 and also has grey hair just like Ansem in the first KH and Xehanort because they are one in the same. Ansems assistants also got turned into Nobodies, when they were taken by the heartless, and became Xaldin, Xigbar, or Braig, and a few others in the organization. In the first game, the fake Ansem took control of Riku's heart, and permanently *bleep*ed it up. You save him in the edn, but not after permanent damage was done. His heart was now in constant conflict with the darkness. You see so in his part of Chain of Memories, and in the end of KH1 and in KH2 when he takes off his blindfold. In Days when he had to release the darkness, he had to release that part of Xehanort, or Ansem from the first one when he took control over him, and he had changed form till the end of the 2nd KH. He knew that was going to do that to him, that why he wasn't too sure about it, and only used it as a last resort. Did I miss anything? Anything else I need to clear up? Oh and Ansem never got turned in to a heartless, he's Diz.

Xion and Roxas were memory-less husks that knew only dark corridors and black coats and endless days of servitude; having ice cream and watching the sunset is quite literally the only joy their "lives" ever knew; it's the only thing they ever wanted and what they were fighting to preserve in the end.

Eating ice cream seems silly because we have a lot of experiences. But to them? To beings that only lived for a year and didn't even develop the capabilities to love? It's important.

It DOES make the random stick in a box found by Sora in KH2 a LOT sadder though. It may have been Roxas's most treasured possession.
