At the end of the game Konahomaru says something about the summoning sheet. What are the codes for it and where do you find it? Where is the Summing sheet?

That does not help me. The screen says place the Summoning sheet! And whenever and where ever I hit the screen at it just goes 1 2 3 4 and it says I got it wrong! No matter where I touch!

It says 1 2 3 4 as in the amount of numbers you touched, to make it harder. I believe it it something like this:
