This is probably the most asked question here, but I'm new so could anyone tell me how the hell I'm gonna get 150,000 bolts?

Well the good ol' saving up way.An easy way to get them is doing the giant clank mission again and again where the professor is testing out that enlargement ray.

I tried it and found out you get about 1600 bolts at a time. Isn't there any faster way? I'm at 80000 only yet.

For this to work you will need to have the hologuise, the taunter and the bolt-grabber. Note that this will only work once per game. Go to Black water city and go to the lady that lets you into the hoverboard race equipt the hologuise and press triangle while using it. You should go in on foot instead of on hoverboard, then walk around to the part with the big jump and all the boxes up on that floting platform.

(continued from above) Kill all the slug things(so they dont get in your way)stand under the floating platform look up at it then look back down then use the taunter and it should break all the boxes up top and they should fall down to you, and because you cant see them the boxes come back then get borken again and keep doing that. so just keep using the tauter until you have enough.

Edit your post instead of double posting please. I tried that method and it doesn't work cause when I enter the race as a robot I'll change back to Ratchet and just do the regular race.

I tried the robot/race method a dozen times and it doesn't work. Maybe it's a glitch they took out the platinum version (which I have)?

Well it works on my one. My one isnt platnum though so they might have taken the glitch out. When you go in as the robot do you start to go back wards or do you go the right way? Because on my one if you go in as the robot and then go backwards it sticks you back on the hoverboard. But if you go the right way it lets you walk on the track.

What I do is change to the robot, go to the woman, press triangle to start and then nothing. When I start, I'll be on my hoverboard racing as usual. DO I have to prees a certain button or direction?

All I do is walk up to her and press triangle and I go in on foot. Try holding up when you do it 'coz thats what I sometimes do.

DUDE! I've got like over 9,000,000 bolts now!!!

In the authors first post, it was asking how to get the 150,000 bolts. It wasn't asking how many you had. But, sadly, there is no easy way. You just have to go around collecting bolts. I would try starting a new game and just keep playing through.

Thats what I've done and now I have like 4,000,000something bolts now.
