No silly,I'm afraid you have to wait for all the loading and everything to finish,but once you are on your vacation spot you can click the telephone (or is it hotel reception? that is where you end your hotel-stay anyways.) and choose "End vacation" (or "return home" or something of that nature) and your party will be picked up by a taxi and you will fly home after more loading. :/ You'll have to pay for the flights tho I believe,I would "correct" this using the good old "kaching" the appropriate amount of times
