	Hi. I found the the description for Power in the "League Training Manual" (i.e. instruction booklet) to be a little unclear. "Determines how effectively a character deals damage with each attack." What exactly does that mean? Or more importantly, how does it manifest itself in the game? For instance, does it slow down the hit meter? Does it widen the "sweet spot" on the hit meter? Add a multiplier to your damage? Any ideas? Thanks.
