Goku Sux? Last time I remembered, Goku wasn't the one that sold his soul to the devil just to gain more power.

Also, I noticed that everyone I played that gets Vegeta aren't very good at the game. Vegeta's like the Eddy Gordo of Budokai. Everyone that gets him does the same combo: PPPPE. Since I know how to parry this combo it never works on me. I have no problem with Vegeta, I just wish that wasn't the only character people played with. It's annoying. I usually can beat these guys with Yamcha. Goku's the man.

I hate the PPPPE attack so much that I didn't even give to Trunks, Tien, Piccolo, and Vegeta, just because it was the only attack people were using. For one thing Vegeta hasn't used the Gallic Gun since the Saiyan Saga, so why give it to him? I let Goku keep his PPPPE attack. Why? Because it's the Kamehameha! The very reason I bought this game is to throw a Kamehameha! Okay, so I MADE Goku more powerful than Vegeta. Sue me. I like him better.

im not gonna sue ya,its ur opinion.thats what this threads abouti hope in the next game they dont make u have to do a combo to shot a blast.Ialso hate it when ur playin a newby and all they do is press triangle(ki blast)

I have no problem firing a Kamehameha. A quick P>PPE and it's off. A really cheap trick I learn is that you can delay the combo. I'll do the P>PP as quickly as I can but I won't press E right away(Usually while my opponent is on the ground so they can't stop me). My opponent, thinking I won't throw the Kamehameha, will either charge at me with an attack or throw a ki blast. Either way, they aren't blocking. I then press E and my opponent can do nothing but take the blast. The P>PPE combo is fine with me, but hopefully on the next game you can just hold the button down and charge you ki blast attack. By the way, Goku's still better.

Ki blasts don't bother me either. If you have 3 or more ki guages you can run right through them.

yea i know most of the energy blast combos by heart so its not that hard for me, if i had to choose between goku and vegeta it would be vegeta not cause hes my fave in the show its cause i know almost all his combos by heart. even if goku is stronger i would still use vegeta, i would just play smart and dodge as often as i can, i think like im actually in the game and like my life is really on the line so i play it smart.

duh goku.if he does a spirit bomb vegeta would be so dead he wouldnt even have a halo.

in the game it could be either vegeta or goku cause it depends on who over powers who or who powers up first.. If goku powers up first he will probably win

I would choose Goku. He is way way stronger than vegeta and vegeta is just to into his pride and always wants to be better than Kakarot.

I always do better on the game with Goku than Vegeta anyway. Goku is the better fighter.
