I do agree with what Stitch is saying though, the quality of the Fanart being submitted is lower quality than what the rules suggests.

I have nothing against the guy that uploaded it, but the approval system kinda is slacking if it approves things in which you photograph a drawing on paper, and you see the table and whatnot with it, not only that, but even the paper itself, with writing lines on it.

Now a little slightly somehting outside the paper in a cornor somewhere might be okay, but the way it is now, I might aswell upload this:

But yeah, it would look bad on the Fan-art section this way, just as it would be with cheat or tips submissions in which someone wrote a cheat or a tip in text message or chat talk.

I don't think it's difficult to edit a picture, I also made drawings on paper and photographed them to color them in on the computer, but in editing program you can easily cutt off the background on the sides, and all that.

Lot of hassle, so I just draw anything on the computer entirely.

But anyway, the Approval system needs to be carefull with approving photographed paper drawings at the moment, because I can easily just draw a stick figure on paper and call it a character, and then photographed it in first take without thinking ahead from a best angle and just upload it for a quick neopoint.

Maybe Vampire Knight doesn't have a section in fanart.neo, bloodwolf. It's probably because it doesn't meet the requirements for a series.
