Well at the moment the sidebars set to 'display: fixed;' which means it'll stay in the same place relative to the browser, without JavaScript I can't think of a way you'd get it to not go out of the neohome area while still making it visible to the user as they scroll down.

What you could do it set the top property to something higher so it pushes it down but then your at risk of losing the bottom half of the sidebar if the users on a smaller screen resolution.

Well if you find the navigation bar annoying you could just make it stay in one place, to do that you just have to give the div with the ID of 'left' these styles

and the div with the ID of 'center' these styles

Which should, all being well, place the two areas nicely side by side.

and I noticed issues with the preview feature when I was playing around with the neohomes as well, in the end I gave up with it and just viewed it after saving it, kind of annoying cause it takes longer but at least you see what it'll actually look like.
