Ok i have my backgroun and i want to put stuff on it ..... when i try it puts it either next to it or on top of it !!! ho do i do it ??? it only works with the HTML code..........................

Haha, he means display your code. We know you're using HTML.

Anyway, you have placed an image which is why you can't place anything over it. At the beginning of your code place this:

.bground {
        background-image: url('URL HERE');
}
</style>

Then place the rest of your NeoHome text and sort in this:

<div class="bground">NEOHOME HERE</div>
