The only things I could think of are to leave them have the default tactics (4-4-2). Or if you wanted a severe punishment, you can remove an outfield player from that team at random? If thats a tad harsh then maybe replace him with one of the left over players at random?

Just an idea, cause like you said, if we kick 5 people out then it will be a bit of a problem as I don't think we'd get any replacements now that the teams are done.

Well Tash Man hasn't been on for a couple of days. That coupled with that we are all back to school and returning to college and uni and whatever, it's a pretty busy time. Give it a few more days and I think it will be ok.
