Using adobe photoshop.
Avatars are easy, just get a picture you like, resize it and upload it. You can do that without photoshop. Sigs are harder, normally they have a main rende rof a player, like a cut out, and then there is effects put onto it and stuff. A background. It's challenging to say the least. x -------------------  | ||

Depending how i'm feeling, i do it one of two ways. I either just copy the full picture onto a new file and use the rubber to erase the background, which can take a lot of time.
Or, most of the time, i use the polygonal lasoo tool. And just trace the render and make a layer via copy. Then i move that layer to my sig layer. x ------------------- | ||
