	Rules/How To Play______ To play its simple. Every Training type starts off with 10 points. Every person is allowed to vote once a day and HURT one pose and HEAL one pose. Every Hurt counts for 2 points, every heal counts for 1 point. Example: quote Hurt: Jacknife Heal: Pushup Remember: 1 vote per 24 hours, and you can only hurt one training and heal one training. All Neoseeker rules apply as well. After we finish this one, we can start a new one as well with a different catagory. Newest Rule: quote Alright everyone, new rule! Your now alowwed to seperate your votes! Meaning, you can hurt 2 different Yoga Poses, but you can still only heal 1 pose! Remember that if you seperate your hurt votes it only counts as ONE damage for the two. For an example please refer to my next Hurt/Heal. Heal Warrior Hurt Tree and Triangle Tree-25 Warrior-18 Sun Saluation-18 Triangle-6 Shoulder Stand- 15 As you can see, since I seperated the hurt vote the two only went down one, if your still confused I dont know what to say, because I explained as much as I could. Category: Strength Training______ The Poses Single Leg Extension 10 Push-up 10 Side Plank 10 Torso Twist 10 Waist Twists 10 Jackknife 10 Lunge 10 Rowing Squat 10 Single Leg twist 10 Sideways Leg Lift 10 Parallel Stretch 10 Triceps Extension 10 Arm and Leg Lift 10 Single Arm Stand 10 Push-up Challenge 10 Jackknife Challenge 10 Stretch Challenge 10 Past Winners______ Yoga- Tree (Sun Saluation 2nd, Warrior 3rd) Eliminated in order: Chair Cobra Deep Breathing Standing Knee Bridge Half-Moon Crocodile Twist Downward Facing Dog Palm Tree King of the Dance Triangle Remember:Have fun thats what this meant for. 	Did you get permission for this? Also, I've sorted out the scores because you didn't -2 on the hurt, you only -1.
