	The game actually hasn't proved to make you healthy, but it does make people lose weight, proven. I'ts very entertaining, and I suggest you do get the game =) -------------------

	I highly recommend you buy this game. It's a fun way to lose weight. As long as you keep a healthy, balanced diet whilst playing it, then you're bound to shake a few pounds off. 	This game is an incredibly fun way to learn Yoga, which can help you calm yourself. It can help you in things like PE, and certain sports, that is, if you do strength Training and Balance. Aerobics are good for things like having fun, and burning body fat.

	Same here. My leg strength is a lot better because I play Advanced Step and 30 minute free run. It helps in Soccer!
