Sounds good since homecoming was quite decent and well team silent is WELL AWESOME.

yeah other peoples opinion like magazine which basically say that the game sucked and word of mouth from a couple of people I know which they say could of been better...its one of the best IMO

Alot of people seem to read the rating and seem to judge the game ENTIRELY on the review when half ain't even seen a trailer for it . I know a lot of people that tell me its crap then when i say have you played it there like no but IGN said it was shit.

Pitty reviews still happen.

A lot of people were judging the series based upon the fact that Konami handed it over to americans. YES there was a few differences about the series after it was handed over, but really, I couldn't find anything so bad about it. Pretty much homecoming was one of my faves instantly as soon as I started playing.

A lot of people said it was "too easy" but honestly, I don't think it gets much easier than number 2. Restless Dreams was a great game, but honestly, I didn't come close to death. Homecoming had me killed numerous times. I like that sort of challenge.

That should be an interesting combination. I haven't followed this series as closely as a lot of other gamers. I forgot, was Team Silent involved in only SH1 thru SH3?. It would seem so, seeing as though SH4 is so "different" than the first 3 games, but I could be wrong. Does that mean that they had some input in the new "Shattered Memories" game which comes out in November or will this be for the next SH8 (including Origins) game?

Team Silent did SH4 as well, but it wasn't originally meant to be a Silent Hill - game.

I've yet to play Homecoming, but I've been wanting to check it out for some time.

That's an interesting fact regarding SH4, I can see why when I started playing it, it didn't seem like a SH game, and I never got too far with it. A lot of people like it though.

I just started playing Homecoming myself, the monster's seem a little tougher right from the start, but that's about all I can say about it.

The problem is I have all the SH games, and have games started in all of them, so I bounce around playing them. I just finished SH2 (Still my favorite) for about the 6th time.
