Welcome everyone to the Mario Kart Wii forum! Here you can discuss anything you'd like to about the game, but following a few rules, of course. These rules are here to keep the forum in the best shape possible, and it would be appreciated if you followed them throughout your visit here. Also remember, that the Sitewide rules must also be followed at all times! Thanks for your time, and have fun!


No Spamming
Spamming is considered to be posts that add absolutely nothing to the discussion that is going on at that time, posts such as "yeah right!" or "lol that's cool" are considered spam and should be avoided at all costs.


No Flooding
Flooding happens most of the time when you get overexcited and tend to post in every single thread in the forum. Most of the time all these posts are spam, on top of that flooding is against the rules and usually discourages new members for visiting the forum.


No Double Posting
Double posting occurs when you happen to post twice in a row, this rule is one of the most often broke, and is actually one of the most annoying. If you have anything else to add to your post after finishing what you wrote, don't double post just edit your post by clicking the button on the bottom right of your post box, it looks like this.. edit. Use it!

No Flaming
Please don't flame other members. Flaming occurs when one yells at someone else on the forum, or puts them down. Using all caps can also seen as a type of flaming once in a while. If you don't like what someone has to say respond nicely, or take it up through PM. Don't resort to yelling at them, or putting them down as this is never tolerated in the forums.

No Advertising
Advertising is when you post a website on the forum and then tell the members of neoseeker to visit it. This is against the rules of Neoseeker, and is not tolerated. Please don't advertise.

No Memberating
There's usually 1 or 2 moderators for a forum, and most likely you're not it. Please don't act like one. Telling people what to do is a part of memberating and is usually frowned upon. Don't tell others what to do instead if there post is wrong and against the rules just report it and let a moderator deal with it. Also please do not request closures for other peoples threads, only the author of a thread can request the closure of it.

Stay on Topic
Every thread has it's topic, stick to it. Please don't just start talking about random topics in a thread designed for something totally different.
IT Edit: If the discussion starts leaning towards something else (ex. MKDS) please go to that forum to discuss it.

Do Not Abuse the Report Feature
Please don't abuse the report feature, it's there for a reason don't treat it like something that's there to be pushed for no reason. Only use it when breaking the rules, and don't report all the posts in a thread if you don't have to.
IT Edit: I'll take care of any issues that occur here, so hopefully nobody has to use this feature. : )

Do Not Discuss Illegal Material
Discussing about ROMs, Emulators, and other illegal material is not allowed on Neoseeker. This is because it is illegal. If you see a post that breaks this rule, please take their post out of view and try to get a mods attention.
