	^{DK Summit definitely has one. On the large U-Turn with a pit, after the area with the humps of snow, you can drift and boost over the pit. That saves a ton of time.} -------------------

	^{I think that if you completely stop, hold down 1 & 2, and do a still boost OR use a mushroom, it will work, but using Manual is definitely faster, and makes the shortcut more effective.} -------------------

	I'm not sure about the variation of that shortcut in which you fly over both pits, but the one-pit version can be done on automatic. You just need to be near the left side of the path as you're approaching and then make a sharp turn. If your angle is right, you'll go up the fence on the other side and be somewhat tossed towards the second turn.

	^{That's basically what I meant. I haven't been able to conquer both pits, even on manual. It is easy to get over one though, even on automatic.} -------------------
