Koopa Troopa is already in the game. Yeah, they had shy guy on the DS as an alternative character. And to play on wi-fi, you need the game, unlike the DS, where you just have to download. That is why Shy Guy isnt in the game.

I would have preferred replacing Rosalina with a regular old Luma instead of having it distract you while floating around her head.
