Use items as shields, and always be power sliding and wheelie-ing when possible. It gains your speed. Also, skip the tricks, just make a short jump for your boost. -------------------

People keep saying that drifting is hard with the Wii Wheel, but I find it pretty easy... -------------------

You should just wheele at all times when there is a straight path and drift when there is not a straight path. -------------------

quote jono cpfcI guess so. Personaly I hate mirror mode so I try to avoid playing it at all costs. It is such a pain trying to get three stars in it. -------------------

Just try and keep to the insides, do tricks as often as you can and always keep a few items to shield yourself. Like you say though, you can drop from 1st to 12th in an instant so you just have to have general skill or experience I suppose. If you keep trying, you'll eventually get the hang of it. -------------------

You should also pick a kart or bike that's well-balanced in stats. Like pick a faster one, but only if the other stats are good enough too. I would also recommend that you pick a heavy weight character. ------------------- ![]() | |
