The playable characters are Spiderman, Black suited Spidey, Prowler, Black Cat, Doc Ock, Green Goblin, Scorpion, Iron Fist, Rhino, Sandman, Lizard, Blade, Venom and New Goblin.
PSP exclusives-Carnage and Electro. Thats all I know so far! | |

You unlock Carnage once you've co-oped with someone. He wll then be avaliable to be purchased at the shop for 4000.
