	One of the main reasons I decided on the GTX 460 was the fact that it's quiet and runs cool. 	For nacho the rules thread has the oc info. For team neo, there isn't anything yet. Everyone is just free to submit benchmarks to HWBot to move team neo up in the ranks and take first place away from PURE (this won't happen any time soon lol) Edit: Pure is the team that has people like kingpin -------------------

	im doing some incremental video card overclocking between youtube sessions. stock core clock was 630. currently at 700. F@H at 95% usage gives me a temperature of 75 degrees with the fan at 75% (i dont need the faster fan speeds right now, so i might as well save the electricity...yeah, im kinda one of those people) EDIT: Player1 - still kinda confused. ive posted in the sign up thread, but werent there other places to sign up in? also, its interesting to hear a very faint, barely noticeable high pitched sound when the 590 is at full load. 	In your profile under team select Team Neo. Then in the upper right hand corner you'll see a submit button. Click that. It will bring you to a list of benchmarks. Submit anyone of them and you'll be added to the list. -------------------

	my first thoughts were the caps as well. didnt think of coils though. either way, i dont think its any cause for concern. -------------------

	No, it shouldn't be a problem at all. IIRC caps whine at a higher pitch than coils, and cap whine seems to happen for more people. 	bumped up the CPU speed earlier on. im still going slow with it for the aforementioned reasons, but its now at 3.6 ghz. all ive done so far is simply raise the multi. i havent played around with the base clock. -------------------

	Wait, you mean you're planning on changing the base clock? Not worth it IMO, I hear you can get all kinds of problems changing it because it's linked to everything else, such as the PCIe speed. 	the base clock can be changed, even if it is by a tiny amount. i dont see the harm in trying. if it goes unstable, i just reset the cmos. i got a lovely little reset bios button on the mobo EDIT: burn test at 3.6 Ghz shows cpu at 60 degrees Edit: Jun 30, 11 10:20am -------------------
