Lanex - I don't agree that Rayman 2/Revolution killed the series. The 1st was miles better in every aspect from animation/graphics to gameplay, to the heavenly music (I have the music on my PS3 taken from the game). However I still found the 2nd game enjoyable.
It was the 3rd series which really screwed it over with it's crap linear gameplay and story, it's *bleep* characters who were all too unmemorable, and the boring gameplay in most parts. The only good thing was the fact you used fists again.
And the Rabbids... I suppose the fact Ubi think adults prefer the Rabbids and the kids prefer Rayman shows they know shit all about their customers! I think they're separating the series now anyway.
PS - Ubi are liars as the trailers show Rayman fighting Rabbids.

As for Crash (like Rayman) - They dumbed up the characters and screwed up everything about the gameplay. I've only played the PS1 games (and this game), but from what I've seen of the others I'm glad!
Change is good.... provided you do it right.

Haha. Just one company changes your opinion on Crash? Honestly, the day they kill Crash is the day every single Crash fanatic would be involved in a riot right in the company's parking lot.

You know, i think they should do one of two things:
1) Make a game with Coco as the main character, who finds out she has a long-lost girl cousin who helps her along the way. Then, later in the story, she'd find out that the cousin was actually her mom in disguise, who in the end makes Cortex promise that if he kills her, he'll leave Crash, Coco, and his whole world domination scheme behind him. Cortex kills her mother, and says that he will still go on with world domination. Cortex and Coco then battle, and right when Coco is about to die, Crash and all the creatures Cortex has ever hurt show up and kill Cortex, because that was what Crash had been doing, was gathering a team. (I know it sounds violent but I would play that)
2)They revamp an older Crash game.
