This Mew appears to be on PokeCheck & was obtained in a Ruby game, when the only game that you can get a shiny hadou Mew is Emerald iirc :)

RainbowUmbreon A shiny hadou mew is possible since it could be obtained in a Japanese cinema for the Emerald game, but they are quite rare to find. =)
However, it appears this mew was obtained on Ruby, making it possibly edited/illegitimate.

I just finished my 1st gen pokemons of my shiny list, and now I'm starting my 2nd gen.

Not sure if I understood your question, in case of clone a pokemon, for example, you need to clone a shiny Caterie, one clone would keep for me because that would be the "price", of the clone job. But if you don't agree with the "suggested price" we could work with items for this service.
