1. EV Training/Cleansing I do it with vitamins, feathers, and berries. Payment for training is a pokemon I want or ,rarely, free if I'm in a good mood. Cleansing is free.
2. Leveling I use rare candies, obviously. Tell me what moves you want to keep/replace. Payment depends on how many levels you want it.
