Sweet, i'll be available to check it tomorrow. Use my 5th gen FC in my sig when you want to send it over. Incase I forgot to state it in my OP, my policy on checking is as follows:
-I check the Pokemon by making it into a file. I can't check it any other way, so if you don't like Pokemon being turned into files, I'm afraid that is my only way to check things.
-I don't keep clones / backups of the Pokemon you send me, so your Pokemon is truly your Pokemon / it will not be cloned at all.
-I use Pokecheck, RNG Reporter, legal.exe, and Secure .pkm Reader to check my Pokemon.
-If, unfortunately, it is hacked, I'll tell you why it is hacked. Please don't share this info with anyone else; we don't want 30 new copies of the same Pokemon, only now it looks legit.
-This is a free service.

Here's the spiel...
That particular Shin Sae gae Manaphy is public on Pokecheck. It is said to be legal, however, I have serious doubts about it. Apparently the basic data matches up with the wondercard data from the actual event, yet the source that I believe it came from is highly unreliable, so I can't really say much about it truly, other than I really don't trust it.

I can happily provide background info + the data on it if you'd like that to make up your own mind.
