Ops, sorry about that. About Deoxys I got it from a dude in Serebii's forums, but I have no idea if this guy is the OT or not, and since I haven't saw this guy online in a while, I think I won't have this answer that soon. =/

About your Pokepark Celebi, I can increase the Jirachi with a non legendary and shiny pokemon. I can offer a Tentacool that I found it in a random encounter or maybe something else that you may be interested.
