Let me explain however you already said it. Especially the first gen(first 150 pokémon) I want on the lowest possible level. With Voltorb it is lvl 28 in wild but lvl 1 by breeding. I've got a list with pokés of the first gen that I really want on lvl 1 and I thought that Voltorb was on it but it isn't so I'll trade with you. Sorry for the delay.
