Went to the official site (USA) to download them but they're not available! Anyone know where I can get them? I'm a huge fan of pure (finished it & the expansions w/all golds no cheating) & pulse (in the middle of phantom grid all golds(hard) no cheating). I'd love to get a hold of the pulse packs & finish both series. Any help would be appreciated. thx.

Thing is...Sony now has the Playstation Store, so they can charge money for stuff that used to be free. And that's what they've done. You can get the packs here, enjoy, if you feel like paying.

You can make accounts from different regions. For example, tell the site you're European! Then you'll get it
