Very Important Notice
How it works:
Every Saturday and Wednesday matches are played with it been a Com Vs Com, and you will be the manager of your team, deciding tactical positions, signing new players, and most importantly, guiding your team to victory.
Me and Jimbo will be carrying the matches out and they will be 100% Legit, and we will not fix the results ever, but if your going to moan that we do when we don't then you shouldn't of entered, so goodbye.

One season is to last about 15 weeks, which is approximately 4-5 months.

Transfer window
Each of the teams got exactly £25 mill to start with.
Getting More £
1st Place - £10 mill
2nd Place - £8 mill
3rd Place - £5 mill
4th Place - £3 mill
How will the leagues be split up?
At the end of the current season, the top half will be put into a league of 8, and the bottom half will be put into a league of 8.
This makes very quick seasons, and you also get bonuses for Promotion and you get money taken from you for Relegation.
Neo Nations Challenge.
People from both of the divisions will get together and gather all their best players for one team, then that one team will be called:
Neoseekians - Division 1
Neopians - Division 2
There will be a detailed match report and the such, and them two 'Nations' will be played in the world cup structure, to see how far they can get.
Cross overs will be allowed, maybe unrealistic, but lots of fun I.E Rooney in Neoseekians, and a Rooney in England.
Considering we will be using it in the Cup on PES2008, there may be a change in fatigue, but we'll have to see.
Neo League Cup
After next season, there will be a Neo League cup, where the top four people of each league will enter in rounds similar to this seasons Neo Cup which Pes Pro is hosting.
The winner will get £5 mill, and if a team from a lower divisions wins, they win £10mill prize funds.

Windows
Loaning Players From Other Super League Managers
You may loan players from other Super League teams during any transfer window. Each player you loan will return to the team which owns him at the end of the season only, no sooner and no later. Players can be loaned for an agreed fee but this is not compulsory. Like full player transfers, loan deals must be confirmed by both parties before they can go through.
Co-Owning Players With Other Super League Managers
Unlike the PES6 Draft League, players can now be co-owned between two Super League teams. To co-own a player you must agree a fee with the manager of the team to buy half of the player. The player will then play for one of the two teams until the end of the season where the two managers will then privately make a bid to me via NeoPM and the highest offer will win the player outright. Obviously you must decide which team the player will play for while he is co-owned before posting to confirm the deal.
Buying Players Who Aren't Already Involved in the Super League
The system for buying players from clubs not already involved in the competition is quite complicated so make sure you familiarise yourself with it.
I have attributed three or more key stats for each position on the game. Money is added on to the players overall valuation depending on how high that particular players key stats are.

Money is also added onto the overall cost of a player depending on the strength of his team.

So, for example, say Chelsea weren't picked by any of the participants and Member X wanted to buy Michael Ballack. They would first look at his main position, AMF, locate his key stats and add the appropriate amount of money to his overall valuation.
Attack: 83, + £2,000,000
Short Pass Accuracy: 86, + £2,000,000
Short Pass Speed: 97, + £3,000,000
Shot Accuracy: 83, + £2,000,000
Shot Technique: 83, + £2,000,000
They would then look at the strength of the team, in this case Chelsea, and again add on the appropriate amount.
5*, + £6,000,000
So, in total, it would cost £17,000,000 to buy Michael Ballack should Chelsea not be picked by any of the members in the competition.
Once a manager has placed a bid for a free agents, others in the competition will have one hour to respond to this bid by announcing their interest in signing the player. If indeed there are two managers who wish to sign the same player then they have two options open to them.

Neo Cup Neo Cup reopening with new rules.It works just like the Neo League but its a group and knock out stage. MatchesNow the Neo cup is different with only 1 leg is played so its only one game if you draw it goes to extra time. Fixtures:There will be group stages and the top two from each group go through to the next stage which is knockout. In the group stage you only play one game against who ever is in your group so I.E If i had man utd madrid and fiorentina then i would play them all once.
