FIFA 08

I know that whis will be closed but i just wanted to let you know that i just bought FIFA 08 and it sucks.No difference with FIFA 07.PES 2008 will triumph! unless a new football game comes out

but i am not happy about it i think we would need some competition in order the new PES to improve greatly

My brother got Fifa for PS2, it's too hard to start with but once you get the hang of it it's OK, nothing more, nothing less. I don't feel the passion when i'm playing Fifa though

It was awful. Simple as. I can think of absolutely nothing good to say about it. Downloading the demo was a complete waste of an hour, and I wouldn't even entertain the thought of going out and spending any amount of money on it.

A couple of my mates have got FIFA 08 and they do say that once you get used to it, it's a great game. Think I'll be alright with Pro Evo, but still, some of my mates who've said that are propper die-hard Pro Evo fanboys... so it makes you think...

Its nice to see PES fans giving FIFA a chance.
I played the demo last night and it was the worse game ive ever played.

The only good thing was the music and that Ronaldinho practice pitch thing between menus.
Controls couldnt even be changed, who has R2 as sprint? L2 as change player WTF.
The radar made me so angry, you couldnt even see it, also couldnt change it to make it more opaque.

Gameplay is awful to so slow.

My uni had its Freshers' Fair today and the PC version FIFA was playing on the Gaming Society's stall. I didn't look too bad from a 10 second glance, but I didn't get I chance to play it so I have no idea of the general feel of the game which is all important. I was half expecting someone to invite me for a game but no-one at the stand seemed remotely interested in any passers-by . On the bright side, it did give me more time to pick up precious freebies from elsewhere.

I bought Fifa due to lack of PS3 games and i really like it. Its by far the best fifa game ever. Dont knock it just because you prefer another game. Sure, i like pro evo more, but fifa is still a great game.

Its soo realistic its unbelievable. Its just that pro evo is a more easy and fun game to play
